1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment. Full payment must be made as per the package terms. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 10% charge. 15–29 days: 25% charge. 7–14 days: 50% charge. Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% charge. Cancellations must be in writing.

3. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo ID, visa (if applicable), and any required permits. OnlineTourPackage is not liable for denied entry due to inadequate documentation.

4. Inclusions & Exclusions

Only services explicitly mentioned in the package itinerary are included. Personal expenses, tips, travel insurance, airfare/rail fare (unless stated), and 5% GST are excluded unless specified.

5. Itinerary Changes

OnlineTourPackage reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather, road conditions, government orders, or force majeure events. Suitable alternatives will be provided where possible.

6. Liability

OnlineTourPackage acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for accidents, illness, loss of property, or delays caused by third-party vendors, natural events, or government actions.

7. Health & Safety

Travelers are responsible for their own health conditions. We recommend travel insurance for all trips. High-altitude destinations may require medical clearance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
