Terms & Conditions for Helicopter Tour Operation. By booking, you agree to these terms.
Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance through our email & booking procedure or by calling our customer service centre.
- A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 20 days prior to the tour date.
- We accept payments only through Net Banking to Our Current Account.
- We also offer a variety of payment plans to fit your budget.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing to our customer service center.
- Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the tour date will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the day of the tour or no-show.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests must be made in writing to our customer service center.
- Requests made more than 48 hours prior to the tour date will be accommodated at no additional cost.
- Requests made less than 48 hours prior will be subject to a ₹2,500 per person rescheduling fee.
Weather Cancellations
- We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to inclement weather.
- In the event of a weather cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your tour for a later date.
- The operator will not be liable for any expenses incurred by passengers due to cancellations caused by bad weather, operational restraints, technical snags, or other unavoidable circumstances — including additional expenses such as accommodation, food charges, and transfers.
- In case of cancellation, you may opt for an alternate road travel at a revised cost, or request a full refund for the helicopter tour.
- Third-party service providers (hotels, transport) may charge cancellation fees as per their policies. These will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Weight Restrictions
- For safety reasons, there is a maximum weight limit of 300 pounds per passenger.
- Passengers who exceed the weight limit may be required to purchase an additional seat.
Insurance
- We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase travel insurance.
- Travel insurance will protect you in the event of cancellation, lost luggage, or medical emergencies.
Baggage Restrictions
- Passengers are limited to one carry-on bag and one personal item.
- All baggage must be properly secured and stowed in the helicopter.

Conduct

- Please do not touch any of the helicopter controls.
Limitation of Liability
- We assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury to passengers or their property.
- In the event of an accident, our liability is limited to the amount covered by our insurance policy.
