What's the best time to visit Bhutan?
The ideal windows are March–May (spring) for rhododendron blooms and clear Himalayan views, and October–November (autumn) for crisp weather and vibrant festivals. June–August is monsoon season with lush scenery. December–February is cold but peaceful — excellent for cultural exploration.
Do Indian citizens need a visa for Bhutan?
Indian, Bangladeshi, and Maldivian nationals do not require a visa to enter Bhutan. A valid Passport or Voter ID is sufficient. However, a Bhutan permit (entry permit and route permit) and the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) are required for all visitors including Indians.
What happens if the tour is disrupted by weather?
In the event of a weather disruption (common at high-altitude destinations like Dochula Pass or Tiger's Nest), we rearrange the itinerary where possible. You will be offered a full refund or reschedule option for any cancelled activity. Third-party fees may apply.
Can I customize the itinerary?
Absolutely. Every package is a starting point — we regularly tweak days, hotel category, meal plans, and add-on activities. Share your preferences on the booking form or WhatsApp us directly.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 15 days prior receive a full refund. Less than 48 hours incurs a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations. Rescheduling within 48 hours costs ₹2,500 per person.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 20 days before the tour date. We accept payments through Net Banking to our Current Account. Payment plans are also available.

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our email & booking procedure or by calling our customer service centre.
  • A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 20 days prior to the tour date.
  • We accept payments only through Net Banking to Our Current Account.
  • We also offer a variety of payment plans to fit your budget.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing to our customer service center.
  • Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the tour date will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the day of the tour or no-show.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be made in writing to our customer service center.
  • Requests made more than 48 hours prior to the tour date will be accommodated at no additional cost.
  • Requests made less than 48 hours prior will be subject to a ₹2,500 per person rescheduling fee.

Weather Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to inclement weather.
  • In the event of a weather cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your tour for a later date.
  • The operator will not be liable for any expenses incurred by passengers due to cancellations caused by bad weather, operational restraints, technical snags, or other unavoidable circumstances — including additional expenses such as accommodation, food charges, and transfers.
  • In case of cancellation, you may opt for an alternate road travel at a revised cost, or request a full refund for the helicopter tour.
  • Third-party service providers (hotels, transport) may charge cancellation fees as per their policies. These will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Weight Restrictions

  • For safety reasons, there is a maximum weight limit of 300 pounds per passenger.
  • Passengers who exceed the weight limit may be required to purchase an additional seat.

Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase travel insurance.
  • Travel insurance will protect you in the event of cancellation, lost luggage, or medical emergencies.

Baggage Restrictions

  • Passengers are limited to one carry-on bag and one personal item.
  • All baggage must be properly secured and stowed in the helicopter.
